Efficiency in Project Management
The Project Management group provides in-house management expertise, allowing Keystone to deliver an integrated service to clients through the lifecycle of a project – from concept, through construction to completion. The group's activities include sub-consultant, budgeting and cost management; programme and resource management; contract management and administration. They can also provide an independent project-management service, helping clients and multi-disciplinary teams to define, plan, monitor and deliver a project on time, within budget and to the highest quality
Delivering Contract Administration
The continuing involvement of the architect during the construction phase helps assure the client gets value for money. Keystone Architect ensures that the completed building will reflect the design intent, and further ensures the quality of materials and workmanship. The team will be available for advice and consultation with the owner and will endeavor to guard the owner against defects and deficiencies in the work
